Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of augustusglobalgroup.com, our apps and the digital products we sell (together, the "Services"), offered by Augustus Global Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Augustus", "we", "us"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Some apps have additional terms, which apply together with these.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Purchases and pricing

• Prices are shown at checkout before you pay, in the currency displayed, and may include or exclude taxes as indicated.
• Payments are processed by Stripe through our checkout provider. By paying, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.
• After a purchase we may present an optional additional offer. It is charged only if you choose to accept it by clicking the button that clearly shows its price.
• Your purchase will appear on your card statement under our company name.

Subscriptions

If a product is sold as a subscription, the price and billing interval are shown before you pay. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and you will be charged until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@augustusglobalgroup.com or, where available, inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid.

Delivery and access

Digital products are delivered electronically, usually by email to the address used at checkout within minutes of purchase. If you do not receive access, check your spam folder and contact us. Access is tied to the email used for the purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products you buy for your own purposes. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute our products, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or use the Services for anything unlawful. We may suspend access in case of abuse, fraud or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, graphics and trademarks, belong to Augustus or its licensors and are protected by law. For client projects, ownership is set by the written project agreement.

No guarantee of results

Our products provide information, tools and software. Results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific financial, health or other outcome. Nothing in our products is professional, financial, legal or medical advice.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Augustus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us first at support@augustusglobalgroup.com; most issues are resolved within one business day. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
